These services include the TRUETIME user website and accounts at samay.truetimetechnology.com, and all related sites connected to www.truetimetechnology.com, excluding third-party sites (the “Website”). We also offer online services through the Website (“Web Apps”) and mobile software applications (“Mobile Apps”), including Samay. All these services are called “Available Services.” Together, they form the “TRUETIME Services.”

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TRUETIME Services and Products. If you purchase any TRUETIME Service, additional terms may apply. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. By using TRUETIME Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. No Life-Safety or Critical Use

You acknowledge that TRUETIME Services and Products are not certified for emergency or life-safety use. We do not guarantee that using TRUETIME Services with third-party products improves security or safety. TRUETIME does not monitor emergencies or dispatch emergency responders. Always contact proper emergency services directly.

2. Electronic Contracting and Messaging

By using TRUETIME Services, registering Products, or creating an Account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Using your login or clicking “I Agree” shows your electronic consent to conduct business with TRUETIME. This consent has the same effect as a written signature. You also consent to receive messages, including marketing, from us via phone and email.

3.Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use TRUETIME Services. If you transfer a Product to someone else, your access ends immediately. The new owner cannot use your Account or Services. You may cancel your Account anytime by contacting Customer Support at support@truetime.com.
